ACFD San Francisco Team Building

🚒Your Alameda County Fire Department (ACFD) Recruits are now ready for the suppression portion of their training, led by Team Building Day in San Francisco.
These recruits undergo rigorous physical, mental, and emotional challenges designed to forge individuals into a high-performing team.
The group is led by their cadre, who also bear the weight and participate in each event to set an example for these future firefighters.
These recruits traveled on foot for over 14 miles with 60lb sandbags, firefighting equipment, and hand tools. They were tasked with completing evolutions that challenged the recruits' grit, resilience, and no-quit mindset.
They are now ready for hose week!
