My recipes make your life easier and muuch more tastier.Today I will share with you people the recipe of pickled meat spices.Achar gosht masala is a blend of spices used in Indian and Pakistani cuisine to make a popular dish called Achar Gosht. You can use it in various dishes like Chicken chari, achari mirch,Achari daal,Achari bengan,Achari qeema and also in Achar.Achar gosht masala blend typically includes a combination of the following spices:
INGREDIENTS
Coriander (dhaniya) 3 tbsp
Fennel (sonf) 1&1/2 tbsp
Mustard seed (methi dana) 1/2 tbsp
Nigella seeds 1/2 tbsp
Cumin (zeera) 2 tbsp
Black cumin (kala zeera) 1/2 tsp
Black pepper (kali mirch)1/2 tsp
Fenugreek (rayi dana) 1 tsp
Carom seeds (ajwain) 1/4 tsp
Red chilli (Lal mirch) 1/2 tbsp
Salt (namak) 1 tbsp
Chilli flakes (kuti mirch) 3 tbsp
All ground spice (gram masala) 1 tsp
Chat Masala
Paprika powder (kashmiri mirch) 1/2 tbsp
Turmeric powder (haldi) 1/2 tbsp
