for my achari paneer I prefer not to grind mustard as it makes it very bitter and instead roast kasturi methi !! I also use the broad green chillis (not hot), slit them add the achari masala and fry them in oil with half teaspoon of garam masala ( tadka) and add to the prepared dish and cover it up for 3-4 minutes before serving :-) !!

I've only got to trying this recipe the other night and I like it a bit more tangy so I added a little Amchoor powder and then it was perfect for me..It is very different to the one I use which is I suppose a cheats version in that it uses the Achar with some of the spices above..But this is better when you add Amchoor lol FAB :-)

Looks very easy to prepare and will make the same with chicken but I'll try panir and soya chaap first,the gravy looked a bit oily.
