RECIPES:
REINDEER SNACK MIX:
2 cups Bugles
2 cups pretzel sticks
2 cups cheese-flavored snack crackers
1 cup oyster cracker
1 cup Corn Chex
1/2 cup butter, cubed
1 tablespoon maple syrup
1-1/2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
3/4 teaspoon Cajun seasoning
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Preheat the oven to 250°F. Combine the first 6 ingredients in a large bowl. Melt the butter in a microwave, then mix in the remaining ingredients. Drizzle this mixture over the snack blend and toss to ensure thorough coating. Transfer the mixture to an ungreased 15x10x1-inch pan.
Bake for one hour, stirring every 15 minutes. Ensure it cools completely before placing it in an airtight container for storage.
STRAWBERRY COOKIES:
1 Box Strawberry Cake Mix
1/2 cup Vegetable Oil
2 Eggs
1 cups White Chocolate Chips
Bake on 350F: Drop generous spoonfuls onto a cookie sheet with parchment paper. Bake for 12 to 14 minutes. Allow them to rest on the pan for 2 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool.
2 INGREIDANT MINT COOKIES:
Andes Mints
Ritz Crackers
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and dip the Ritz crackers. Then allow to dry on parchment paper. Enjoy!
BUCKEYES:
1 stick butter
1 lb of powered sugar (3 1/2 cups)
2 cups crunchy peanut butter
2 cups Rice Crispies
1 cup crushed butterfingers
1 lb almond bark
Mix butter, sugar, peanut butter, and rice crispies together and form balls. Melt almond bark. Dip balls in chocolate and allow to set up on parchment paper. Store in air tight container.
STUFFED CELERY:
Celery - washed and dried
1- 8 oz cream cheese - softened
¼ cup bacon - cooked and chopped
½ cup cheddar cheese - grated
1 tablespoon fresh parsley - chopped
1 tablespoon fresh chives - chopped
Salt
Pepper
3 dashes hot sauce
BURRITO ROLL UPS:
1-8OZ package soften cream cheese
1 glob of mayo
1/4 cup salsa
1/3 cup diced green onion
diced olives ( to taste)
Mix together and spread onto tortillas. Allow to chill in fridge for at least 1 hour before cutting. Serve with salsa for dipping.
3 INGREDIENT HOLIDAY APPETIZER
1 lb smoked sausage cut into 30 cubes
White Cheddar sliced (Use any kind of cheese you would like)
1 can whole cranberry sauce
Cook sliced sausage on parchment paper in a 400 degree oven for 15 mins.
Then top with cheese (while the sausage is hot so the cheese softens a bit but doesn't melt) and one whole cranberry. Add a toothpick to hold your bite size appetizer together.
Sprinkle with parsley if you’d like. Use the remainder of the cranberry sauce for dipping.
RASPBERRY CREAM CHEESE DANISH
1 (8 oz) can crescent rolls
4 oz cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoons heaping of sugar
3/4 cup fresh raspberries
2-3 tablespoons raspberry preserves
Glaze:
1/4 cup powdered sugar
1 - 3 teaspoons milk
1 tsp almond extract
Bake 350 for 16-20 mins
Unroll the dough and divide it into 8 triangles. Cut each triangle in half lengthwise. Arrange the crescent triangles lengthwise on the cookie sheet, forming a long row with their points in the same direction, and allow the straight edges to overlap slightly. Press the overlapping edges together to seal, leaving the triangle points free. Then add cream cheese and raspberries as shown in the video.(WATCHING THE VIDEO WILL SHOW YOU A BETTER EXAMPLE OF HOW TO FORM THE CANDY CANE SHAPE).
BREAKFAST SANDWICH:
1 package Kings Hawaiian rolls (I like the slider buns). You can use whatever you like. American cheese cut in half and place on the bottom bun.1 slice of bacon for each sandwich cut in half. Top with scrambled eggs.Then sprinkle cheddar Jack cheese over the top.Melt 2 tablespoons butter and stir in 1 teaspoon ranch seasoning. Then brush over the top bun.Bake in a greased pan on 350 for 20 mins. If the tops are getting too dark, place foil loosely over the top for the remainder of cooking time. You can also make them all up minus the butter and ranch, and store them covered in the refrigerator. The next morning add the melted butter and ranch and pop in the oven!

OH GIRL!! WHAT? The way to an ex restaurant managers heart is through her tummy. I am more of a foodie than I am a decorator so although I love everything you do with home decor I am super excited about your food videos. Honestly, this has been my favorite video yet. All the ideas are great for holiday parties and even making something just for a small family. The ingredients are easy to get & fairly inexpensive. Your recipes are easy to follow. The only bummer is that I was not there to be your taste tester. Your recipe for the Chex mix was needed because I just bought a bag of Chex mix at Walmart and it is so bland. I can't wait to add some M&Ms and extra goodies to it to jouge it up. (I don't know how to spell jouge, gooje, guje?) Yes girl!! My biggest pet peeve about cookie plates! I always, always put the different cookies in sandwich bags on a cookie plate. It's not as pretty, but it sure makes a difference. I'm so glad you mentioned this!

Monkey bread is our Christmas morning favorite then go to my sister house for brunch and she makes orange rolls witch is a family recipe and others normal breakfast food and I bring fruit salad another family recipe ❤. I heard someone call it Wash Your Sister Sauce!! 🤣🤣🤣 I make a cherry braided candy cane bread like yours. I make my own dough with sour cream in it and put cherry pie filling in the middle and braid it and form the candy cane. Bake and ice and put 3 marishino cherries at 3 intervals and use candied green cherries for leaves. I always get compliments on this--so pretty and so good.

This video is going in my cooking save folder. What smashing ideas for Christmas or any time of year, really. I haven't made any goodies this year because we still have about 8 cookies left in the freezer from last year - good thing my Mom's shortbread and ginger cookies keep well. I must admit to having given small mixed goodie plates to friends in the past but I doubt that the cookies had time to pick up each others flavours because they usually went to single male friends who probably ate the whole plate full before I was out of the driveway. 🤣🤣 Have a lovely holiday and enjoy the time with Jason and your family - we will be here when you come back.
