2:31 Here with deodorant and showering I'd just like to add "the smell of your clothes", there's a lot of people who focus on their body a lot but don't really think about the hygiene of their clothes. Basically invest in a good detergent and fabric softener and don't wear the same clothes again if you sweated in the already, wash them first. And change your bed sheets every 2 weeks minimum.

Fashion is pretty much the worst for me haha. I'm pretty frugal, workout at home and haven't topped up on sunscreen for like...5 months (oof), and spending money on clothes much less a full set makes my palms sweat. thanks for this - good content. one thing i'd say is if you're choosing hobbies it's better to choose something you care about and enjoy rather than artificially pick one to change people's impression. sure, it might get someone's attention at first but long term you'll be the one doing stuff you're not into which you can only keep up so long. better to be genuinely into the thing.

I stopped going to church & immersed myself in The arc. Here's the context. I'm 22. I hate that people wear facades to church. I hate fake righteousness. I hate the day my church crush said she had a bf. I drive an old car so I'd park it in the backends of the parking lot to avoid attention. When a few people caught on, rumors spread like wildfire, some exaggerated & some absolute lies. It fueled my hate. I cut connections & stopped showing up. I listen to sermons every Sunday. I read into ancient philosophy & non-essential info across physics, geography & biology. I started skating & conquered my fear of tripping & breaking my coccyx. I made a new friend & this man challenged me to a boxing spar, I said yes. I picked up an advanced training regimen. I got into stock trading & use social media to track latest product lines so I can make smart investments. I swore to be such an overwhelming presence the day I go back there. Everybody that knew me will have to know me all over again. And trust me, there's some hands I won't ever shake. It has been 1 month since I started, I stay on track till I drop.

Christianity reeks of fake righteousness masquerading as a monotheistic religion whereas it has been infiltrated by paganism and corruption. But the idea of the One Supreme Creator with no strings attached ( ahem.. trinity ) resonates so much with people. Maybe keep holding on to the rope of true monotheism , many people just like you already found the truth, IF your heart heart is sincere you will too.

@enumaelish91932 ай бұрын
Start on the arms of a solid chair if you can. Work towards holding your legs straight. Then do the same on the floor, lifting one leg at a time till you're strong enough to do both.
@MORTISDAKS2 ай бұрын
If were talking about Floor L sit id recommend improving core strength and a little bit of flexibility
@animok5922 ай бұрын
well if you have a pull up bar then hanging knee raises will be a great exercise to strengthen your hip flexors and lower abs then you can try holding L-sit on the pull up bar ( dead hang while elevating your leg ) and when you can hold +30sec with good form you can level up to holding L sit on two chairs ( more like L sit on dip bars ) and by applying the same 30 sec principle we gonna level up to the ground L-sit , this is what i did and now i can hold 15sec Ground L sit Note : Hanging leg raises and knee raises are important for core strength train them like 2-3 times a week , if you don't have a pull up bar ig you'd struggle a lil bit if you don't have anything to hang from hope you have one

Neck curls and neck extensions: Neck curls need to be progressively overloaded Neck extensions I would suggested investing in a neck flex or harness where you can either use bands or weights, progress with weight or with more reps/tension with bands Neck makes you look aesthetic AF and most anime characters have jacked necks, surprised it wasn’t mentioned lol
