Speed of light keeps beign used and its a bit frustrating, don't get me wrong, I love chief. The minecraft world is a square with a diameter of 180 million blocks. the speed of light is 300 million meters per second (approx) a minecraft block is 1 meter by 1 meter. Traveling at the speed of light, you could travel from one world border, to its opposite, in 0.6 seconds

Erm actually the minecraft world is a square and the average world is 60 million meters per side so the area is 60,000,000² so it would take roughly 0.2 seconds to go across the minecraft world, also diameter applies to circles not squares which js the general shape the minecraft world is.

@@DaniloAndresPerez To adress diameter. You are correct, apothem is a better term, however diameter does get the point across. However, apothem/diameter does not even need too be used. Any side can act the same. Also you are correct and I was wrong! I did not research my youtube comment, and my memory failed me, I apologize. 60 million meters per side is correct and 180 million is wrong. My point does still stand (even more so) NEW CALCULAITONS: You could go from one world border to another 5 times in one second. (traveling at a constant speed of 300million meters/sec and instantly changing directions) And yes, 0.2 seconds to travel across the world. I don't think i have made any other mistakes, if i have i apologize.
