Thank you for breaking it down like a pro, the red screams luxury, would you suggest the same setting with continuous lights for a talking head video shoot? are there any specific settings that you have in mind for red as a video backdrop? and finally, what post production work would you do? specific to the red color

If you can get half way decent with green screen shooting and using Green Screen Wizard, you can process a host of different backgrounds in one batch. One time I processed a green screen headshot with 65 different backgrounds. Granted it was too much for her to choose from, but it works to put whatever background you want rather than be stuck with one or shooting each background.

Better idea with a little investment is to stretch a fabric between 2 light stands or better yet auto poles with clamps
