If a person is missing the parents, relatives, wife, or husband report the missing person to the police. It is the police, who are financed and maintained by Taxpayers money, do the investigation. Sadly Acholi are behaving as if they are the law and the law is them. Report the mater of missing person to the police. It is the police that will do their investigation and find out where and who did what when it comes to the missing of Baby Dalvin.
