Hon. heard of Dalvin being arrested at Luzira and yet Dalvin talked of going abroad and Hon. helped him with some money to process his passport. Hon. clearly said that he has been trying his number to know his whereabouts but in vain. Hon. lok lok adaaa why can't you make follow up to Luzira since u were friends after the incident.
