WORKOUT OVERVIEW:
1. 9 Exercises (5 Main & 4 Round Specific)
2. Round Specific Exercises Immediately follow Main Exercises with no rest in between.
3. 4 Rounds
4. 30 Sec On // 30 Sec On //15 Sec off
5. Duration: 24:45
MAIN EXERCISES:
1. 3 Step Shuffle
2. 180 Lunge Hops
3. Step Outs
4. Speed Jacks
5. Power Push-Ups
ROUND SPECIFIC EXERCISES:
Rnd 1: Run In Place
Rnd 2: Faux Jump Rope
Rnd 3: Standing Side Crunch
Rnd 4: Punch Outs

I threw this on the TV last night and my 65yo mother jumped in-- thanks so much for this workout! Especially the low-impact options, it made her feel like she was able to get the best out of it :)

I really enjoyed this workout, although if Bruce ever gets his own workout channel let me know- I think I'd REALLY enjoy his workouts!

Great workout, love the variety of moves with the in between repeaters. This work out flew by. No time to get bored. Keep these coming! Bruce is a cutie!

This was refreshing. Just what I needed after a long 10 hr work day on my butt. Lol. Just right for me too as a low impact session but I pushed myself too. Trust me it wasn’t easy but I didn’t stop. did a few modifications but I went the mile. I think I’m fallin in love with cardio all over again not just as a brisk walker but now cardio in place. I sincerely and totally respect your constant positive coaching. In my day gym teachers and coaches screamed at you and did all this negative dysfunctional stuff but I hope that mold got broken. So here’s to another big thank you for this workout and making it lots of fun and helping us through out. All the best. Until next time. 💪🏻👍🏻❤️🙏🏻 SMASH that button. That’s your fitness motto. And it has a good ring to it. Lol 😂

@@ACHVPEAK I think so. Lol When it’s one of those days I know I need it and the session ends up feeling really good as I go thru it because I feel strong and alive. Also when I feel out of breath and yet I can keep going not to mention all the sweating. I love to sweat. Sweating is a great way to rid our bodies of toxins. Of course cardio can also be a drag on some days. Lol.

Just a question. If I did this work out alone. Is it enough? I know they say you need to do at least 40mins work out in order to lose weight. Any responses would be great. Thanks x

Found this exhausting tbh, but also fun. I feel with more core strength I was able to do the faux jump rope and speed jacks faster than I had in the past.
