Jeeeez.... What about the weird spring loaded handle assembly?? How does that get assembled??

What kind of grease is used in assembly?

You can use any grease suiteable for hydraulic components. We use Fuchs Renolit greaseway in this case.

what kind of smooth cylinder wrench is that? what's it called

We assume you refer to the wrench used for main cylinder? It is a specially made wrench with a band/ring slightly bigger than the cylinder diameter. It locks itself when tightening. The ring can be exchanged for different diameters.
