where is the big one knob volume button I was looking for that to turn the 303 down quickly a must have? Basically just the knob where the arturia logo is and move the logo over to the left.

I saw this synth in a Music Radar article and purchased within the hour. This is the Acid Synth I've been waiting for. Quick question, can you map the parameters of this synth to a controller? And does that controller have to be an Arturia controller? I have the Komplete Kontrol M32. And I know the Push 3 does not control plugins, so that's a no no as well.

that's weird, if you're using ableton you should be able to map most vst parameters to most midi controllers so i'm pretty sure this one works the way you need it to in this sense

You could always open it in Komplete Kontrol.

You need to place the synth into an instrument rack and use the configure button to map the key controls to the macros in the instrument rack. The push should automatically map to the macros when you select the rack

It's awesome that Arturia have done a 303 But what I'm finding really interesting about all these promotional videos is Matt Paull's accent. It's not quite Australian not quite English (and there seems to be a soft regional dialect in there as well) I'm not sure if he's someone who was born in England and spent time in Australia or if he was raised in Australia and moved to the UK as a young adult. That he's talking about Acid Trance (really big in Australia twenty odd years ago) suggest the latter, but I'm assuming it wasn't big everywhere

Are there pattern banks? I can't see any. I was expecting banks like Phoscyon 2. I'm loving the typical Arturia quality though.

yes, opening the pattern browser lets you access the various patterns available, plus you have cool sequence generation features

@@edouardarturia4680 What I meant was; is it possible to program bank changes within the song. Phoscyon 2 uses C0 to B0 to designate which pattern plays in the arrangement timeline?

I opted for another workflow with this instrument, you can drag & drop patterns directly in the daw from the second button on the top left of the sequencer, this lets you finalise your arrangement in your DAW. When doing so, don't forget to turn off the sequencer.

Just what the world needed, another 303 clone... I really love Arturia and the gear they make (hard and software) but this is such a lazy addition to the family. Not only has the 303 been done a million times as a VST / AU instrument already but there are also a ton of hardware clones out there - the Behringer analog clone only costing a few quid more than you are asking for this software version. Poor show.

I disagree, I've have a td3 and let me tell you, the sequencer is not great, of course it's fun to use and you can get great stuff out of it but using sequencers like the one on the 303 clone by d16 or this one by arturia is a completely different experience. Furthermore this arturia vst comes with a specific 303 style arpegiador which I find to be really cool. U should try out the demo, just saying
