Good to hear, Before the DR I had a Yamaha XT 600 3TB, it was more powerful, but much... much heavier. I definitely prefer riding the DR 350, it has just the right amount of power and the weight is very good for this type of bike. I love it and I won't give it up :)

@@acidus404 I had an xt 600 in falklands I used it going to Stanley on weekends high winds you need heavy bike . 350 is the best though so easy to start 97 model . I want to tour uk on it like around the coast before I head back to falklands in January. Just going to have to do it up few gadgets for GPS things like that bigger tank .

Igiełka ta DR'a 😀 Ja jestem w trakcie doprowadzania swojej do ładu.

Jetting way off - that is a lean pop - or poor fuel - or valves are shot - start with stock jetting
@acidus404
@acidus404 9 ай бұрын
The reason could be the through-through muffler?
@hondagreg1678
@hondagreg1678 9 ай бұрын
I would definitely start with stock jetting or if that is aftermarket exhaust refer to manufacturer suggested jetting for your altitude

why do you think that? Because of the exhaust-pops? Genuinely curious, because i just got my DR350 (:
@Micscience
@Micscience Жыл бұрын
@@elcucuy13496Well from what I know is racing engines have back pop intentionally and I am pretty sure they tune it that way for ultimate performance but from what I read is that isn't good for longevity because the excess fuel dilutes the engine oil. Also racing engines get an oil change after every race so it doesn't really cause an issue for racers but for a regular Joe Schmoe it isn't good because you are not racing your engine.
