At 20:50 sir said going too anterior on tibialtunnel would lead to limited extension and vice versa..is not it limited flexion?

No. It will cause impingement hence lack of extension

USING A 70 DEGREE SCOPE THROUGH ANTERIOLATERAL PORTAL TO VIEW THE MEDIAL SURFACE OF LATERAL FEMORAL CONDYL OBVIATES THE NEED TO MAKE TWO PORTALS MEDIALLY . HENCE OVERCROWDING IS AVOIDED AND ACL RECONSTRUCTION CAN BE DONE THROUGH ONLY TWO PORTALS.
