Too bad the Head was so closed to trying or making the changes! He could’ve changed 1-2 classrooms & had the teachers who taught in those classrooms share the impact of these changes. He just proved that not all Heads, Principals, or Directors of schools are as well qualified as they should be or as current on what the latest Researched Based evidence suggests.
