I love using various creeping thymes, they work beautifully and smell so dang good when you walk on them. Plus, the bees love it when they bloom.

On your water heater energy sticker you have something that says "hot water availability continuous volume." Something of that sort. In my shop I have a 25gal electric that can provide 43 gallons of hot water before it can't keep up. That Rinnai unit you have will provide like 20gal of HOT water per minute. You could have half your hot water on and barely notice anything. That 50gal tank would probably give you close to 90gal. Your system might be overkill but you will be waiting an hour with all the water on before you notice any drop in temp.

I believe they make a tint where it reflects so you can’t see in from the outside but you can still see out like normal. That’d be cool. Thanks for sharing by the way.
