Im not going to lie, im blown away by the creative ideas that Ginae amd Toonz have shown throughout this entire process between drafting and final execution. Now i am also waiting to see what he does with what i know will be his Ultimate Man Cave, and streaming room. what I love about your home compared to most new construction is keeping character, the bricks and stones, metals, stuff like the Victorian rooms, the stove and ovens.. it really brings soul to it all. Its what I hope to do when or IF I can build my own Queen Anne modern construction/Victorian style.

Use sulfur to help repel mice and snakes around the house on the outside. Use cleaning products or oils that have mint/peppermint as it also helps to repel mice inside the house. We did this back in Texas and it helped us a lot. It also helped keep the bug population low around the house too but that was just us speculating. Congratulations on finally moving in!!

Congrats on finally moving in 🥳🥳 I hope yall will do a hella long house tour in like 6 months or so when everything's done and you've all settled down. I freakin love the dark interior with the wood and stone and metal details and the LIGHTSSSSSSS. I also love how Genay brought in items that meant something to her and have a history. I’m glad you guys were able to get in before thanksgiving and that you already got to test how having a bunch of people stay is. That tree is nuts!!! Kitchen is amazing! Living room is epic, I hope you can show how that all looks at night sometime. Cameras might make that tricky, but it sounds like a cool vibe. Dig the upstairs rooms, the blue one is especially my vibe. If I knew how to play piano then I imagine that is an amazing spot to do that with the amazing view in the background. The wallpaper in that other bathroom is so pretty. Great job matching all the colors in there. I’m super looking forward to seeing the rest of the house.
