I'm getting an E2 code when I plug it in to charge it, and it doesn't seem to be charging. The instructions don't say what the error codes are. Do you know?

That code states battery voltage is to high. Something is wrong with the battery. Try you jumper on another battery

How do you charge the jamp battery?

There is a Usb c port that you plug in from wall to jump starter.

Do not waste your money on this product. The one time my family needed to use it it failed to start our car leaving us roadside in the cold.
