Why do you continually wipe the extractions into their hair? There are obviously easier and less painful extraction methods than ripping the skin and causing excessive bleeding

These blackheads are dry & hard. She has to enlarge the opening to get them out. If they are softer she usually doesn't even use the pokey tool.

Ripping the skin on an open blackhead is unnecessary and causes more trauma. Sorry I don’t think her technique is always the best. At least she’s not jamming a pointy fingernail into his face.
