These are milia. They have no way to exit without a small slice of the skin to make an opening.

That isn't "tearing". She is using a lancet with a very sharp point/blade. She has to make an opening and release the skin around the milia to remove it.

It's not butchery at all. It's what is required for milia. They don't have an opening to the outside like a pimple, an opening has to be cut to get them out.

Milia doe not clean out the same as acne. Milia forms under the skin, but not in a pore. If you did a modicum of research you would know this fact. There is no alternative for removing them other than to break the skin.

@@schnooville5692 She is doing a clean cut. The tip of that lancet is very sharp, however, milia also tend to be attached, so she needs to go around them to make sure they can be removed. After being in business for well over a decade, she knows what she is doing much better than you, as do I as I have been a licensed medical esthetician for over 20 years.
