i would say siege just because you need to be a m&k player whereas in apex there is aim assist and other factors that help controller players keep up with everyone else. Siege and Apex are also completely different types of games being a 5v5 and a battle royale so the way you choose teammates/get randoms is a different effect on how your rank can be affected.
