Cookie I have a recommendation, bring slow falling potions when transporting animals, then you can fly with them on a lead without the risk of them dying, that or put them in the boat, lead that, and fly, it's to negate fall damage for the animals, the thing is its best to fly a bit slow when doing these, like not painfully slow but not spamming fireworks either, and judging by the way we see you fly in the videos, the speed required to do this trick is about your normal flight speed with an elytra (btw sorry for the paragraph)

You should cover the base with obsidian, polished deepslate or something very strong that that takes a long time to break and calibrate it with tnt minecarts so if anyone tries to break something the entire thing explodes(💥☠️💥☠️💥) and noone survives.
