Do you sell the arms for this stairlift? Mine is broken and needs to be replaced. It's the one with the metal pin that makes the stairlift move, not the blank side.

Hello I have just had a 130 installed, when the button is pressed to go up or down, it makes a squaking noise from the speaker for 3-4 seconds before moving, is this normal ? All video I have seen shows it making a beep before moving thanks

It's normal for a Acorn /Brooks stairlift to make an audio warning to notify that the stairlift is about to set off. Hope this help's

Unicorn Stairlifts yes, but all the video I have seen, the chair gives a short beep before moving, even amazon customers who bought batteries for their 130 said it doesn’t make any noise, it’s 3-5 second garbled squeal, which to me sounds like a speaker that’s been damaged, not a clear audible warning, Acorn giving me mixed advice.......not confident they know, but should do....
