Where we had 1000000 less 910 000

The company wants to pay for dividends but they don't have enough funding...so they then decided to issue all the remaining shares from the ones that are Authorized to be issued , which are 1 000 000 ordinary shares so on this share 1 000 000 we have already issued 910 000 now are remained with 90 000 ordinary shares which are the share the company issued and raised R270 000 capital from them

When calculating dividends for ordinary share capital why did you not add the capitalization of issued shares of 20 300 to 203 000 of share issued during the year

Here ordinary dividends are payable on 30 July 2023, which is before 01 November 2023 where we issued capitalization that the reason

So if capitalization of issued shares was issued before 30 July... than we were gonna add the 20 300 to the 203 000 to calculate dividends paid for the current financial period
