I enjoy watching what people/families eat in the different parts of U.S. I am on Northern West Coast, Southern West Coast, South West, Mid West, Deep South, Upper East Coast, Southern East Coast, Great Lake region. Hey Jennifer…I’m looking back at this older meals of the week video (love these!), and I wanted to comment on the twisted cranberry bread. While watching, I was urging you along…LOL…I’m sure someone has enlightened you by now, but just in case, I wanted to point you in the right direction. After you roll it up and pinch the seams good, roll over, cut in half, like you started. Here’s where I was rooting you on. Take each half and on the top, pinch it together, then twist them together, like you braid hair (but just 2 strands, not 3). When you get to the end, pinch together to seal. At this point you’ll have some of the filling and layers exposed on top, on the sides. I learned this from Heather over on The Kneady Homesteader with twisted cinnamon.
