After trying one at GC, I had to have it. Never heard such a deep rich sounding amp.for acoustic electric guitars. Got.mine last week.

There’s virtually nothing out there that explains how to program the user presets, and nothing was in the original manual. The factory presets are nice, and the vocals sound great, but without any instructions to go with, I had to just play around with it until I found what I wanted. And it seems I had to save the settings before I could test them to hear what they sounded like. I could be doing something wrong, but again, I’m just trying to figure this thing out on my own.

Folks, I bought an Acoustic Lead Guitar Series G120 DSP 120W Guitar Combo Amp a month ago from Musician's friend. It was on the stupid deal of the day, so I could not resist the price. The commentators are correct. There is couple of inherent design flaws in the circuitry. As soon as you turn on the unit you can hear what appear to be a white noise or a fan noise that is audible. When you turn off the unit, there is a loud popping sound that is scary. I have tried many ways to reduce this by turning the volume on both the guitar and the amp to zero. None of it helps. This is a circuit design that needs fixing. Iti is lot of amp for the cheap price. But if you are picky with your sound, then be aware of these problems which seems to be carried over to other models as well.

just bought an A1000. it has a wicked buzz even with nothing plugged in. Is that normal or did i get a lemon. i don't hear the buzz in the video.

Is it still happening or did you figure it out? Im looking for an acoustic amp for gigs and this was one I was looking at. Would you buy this amp?

Local music shop is offering a used A1000 for $200. I've done some snooping around and the best I've heard anyone say about this amplifier is that it's "OK for the money". Next, I went to the Acoustic brand website and they state clearly that you cannot get replacement parts. Really? I'll save my money and buy a better product which costs more.

Way too much blather. Where is the demo of the amp?

Watched the whole video, no actual sounds from the amp ????

Right, I kept fast forwarding to the playing of guitar in this video....and they don't. It's so stupid, musicians are all about the music but none to be heard thru an Acoustic amp here. I'll pass thank you.

Wow an entire video of chitchat. You know you're selling junk when you won't demo it. It's like buying a car and never test driving it. Or buying a TV and never turning it on. Meh... I'll stick to the Marshall AD50D for acoustic.

I agree. Cut the crap and give us a demo!

I have had the a1000 amp for about a year, and I can say it is the best acoustic amp on the market. Especially for its price. The sounds is unbelievable. I would recommend checking one out for your self.
