If they can't Include a Foot switch for £500 They can Stuff it .... Every Amp that is BUILT With a Foot switch socket should Come with the Foot switch in my opinion

@@cajunqueen5125 I'm talking about A CHANNEL SWITCHING FOOT SWITCH if the amp has two Channels & a FOOT SWITCH INPUT then it should come with a Foot switch included in the price not be an EXTRA You wouldn't buy a car if it only had One Seat but had the Space for 3 more (Just because you might not Use the other Seats) does not mean they should still be included with the CAR anyway

Stuff it? A bit harsh don't you think there Kevin? You know, it's comments like that which leave manufacturers scratching their heads, as they're damned if they do, and damned if they don't. It isn't an inexpensive foot switch, and as one lad already pointed out, not everyone will want or need it. Some may be scraping just enough to buy the amp. Then buy the switch a month or 2 later. As evidenced by this vid, he wasn't even using the correct foot switch, yet was making it work. Afraid if there's any stuffing to do, it's the other way round. With all going on in the world today, you choose to channel your ire at something completely absurd and unworthy of such rage. Btw, if all one wants to do is use a foot switch for channel switching, it can be done via a very inexpensive one. And yet you've written an entire manufacturer off because of it. Have you any idea what an amazing value that amp is? Unbelievably so. I love mine, and afraid all I can do is laugh at someone who appears so uninformed. Pity.

@@MrPinkStrat I think the two channels are for voice + guitar its not like an electric guitar amp with a clean and lead channel. I would still agree that it would be nice to have the pedal included though. Just seems a way to get another £49 from you (I notice its now £59 though.....)

Street performance is the only live outlet a lot of us have during this pandemic. Given that the Acoustic Junior GO is the newest battery powered "Busker Amp" on the market, I think a lot of viewers might like to see comparisons with the Roland Street Cube EX, Fishman Charge, Orange Crush Acoustic (another new-ish battery powered amp) and probably even some of the small PA type options, like the Bose S1 and the JBL Eon Compact. We'd love to see a "real street performance" shoot out between all of these and if you're up for a proper performers/buskers amp comparison, maybe include some of smaller/cheaper options, like the Blackstar Superfly, smaller Roland Street Cube, etc. Also, please use an A/E guitar with a pickup/pre-amp that people are commonly using (like Fishman, Taylor ES systems, LR Baggs, etc.) Please none of those Stratacoustics!

The ACUS One for Street is, from a tonal Point of view, outstanding amongst battery powered amps, but unfortunately very very heavy. I actually just got back from guitar center and brought a Katana into the Acoustic room to try the acoustic setting. No comparison AT ALL. Very disappointed with the Katana and it’s Acoustic setting performance. If you mainly play electric with some acoustic get the Katana. If you are an acoustic player mainly? Get the Fender Jr.

Trying to make an acoustic sound good through any amp designed for electric is going to be very challenging. It's like they'd have to put a whole other speaker & preamp on board which at that point you'd probably be better off with a dedicated acoustic amp

Acoustics always sound slightly off and "line in-ish" when they are plugged in. Especially Piezo pickup loaded acoustics. They might sound good, but they don't sound like that they do when unplugged. Acoustic guitar sims/IRs should be a feature on acoustic amps, much like electric guitar amps have amp sims/IRs. Make your acoustic guitar sound like an acoustic guitar, basically haha. There are a few videos on youtube of guys using Mooer radar pedals to load acoustic guitar IRs to do what I'm suggesting, and it sounds good.

AER is a good amp. The Fender is useable better with the foot switch however the draw back to foot switch is scrolling, but you get a great looper. Own a Aer, Rolland, boss and the Fender. The Fender I use most of the time out at venues. Mic to two Bose L1 model 2s just killer. Don't use direct line in on any acoustic amp. Get far better exactly what comes out of the face. Use condenser mic. The other amps I use for practice. The Fender offers more in the bass I guess. Whatever is in front of the bose comes out exactly. So hearing what might sound good alone may not sound good coming out of the bose for nothing escapes detecting.
