This is not even a battle - it's more like a beautiful dance of two vituosos in perfect harmony. They just released another collab, check it out.

They are both great! You have 2 new artists to follow🙂 actually, maybe we will have a chance to see them colab soon. Marcin travells to Japan to visit Ichika. He will also drop some video from Iceland where he also collaborated with someone. I like Marcin so much, because he's so open-minded and creative. He's a composer too, writes his own songs. He's classically trained, learnt percusive, fingerstyle and flamenco. He experiments with music, he plays electric guitar too

I first heard this type of playing with Mike Dawes who plays with Justin Hayward; it's amazing I can't play like that. At 66 my fingers are too stiff with arthritis but I certainly enjoyed their playing.

💗😊Great duo, of course 🔥💥⚡✨💯🎸🎵🎼🎶💎 Two beautiful guitarists musically. It sounds great. As for me, however, I like the acoustic guitar more, as if it had a soul and a lot depends on the virtuoso what to do with it Its sound touches the listener's soul I don't have that feeling with electric guitar Overall wonderful 😊🔥The best regards for You 💗😊

Nice reaction! New sub here. I would love to see more Marcin reactions. Great songs to start with are Kashmir, Moonlight Sonata and Toccata & Fugue. All his stuff is amazing, but I think those are the ones to start with 😊

I think the VS as a competition is not right. Just compare has more sense. Acoustic guitar never be electric and vice versa. Both of them are number One in the world and have talent beyond. 🇵🇱🙏🏻🇯🇵 Beautiful performance !

The question I ask myself is, back in the 80s would I have taken my 5 or 10 bucks to a record store to buy this as a physical copy. And if I did, how often and how long would I have played it. It's incredible fun to watch, and the playing is insane. No doubt. But would that make an album or a single that works in the long run? There are so many guitar or music videos that are really amazing and go viral and I am fine with that but will it have any impact on the future of music? Or is it just a short living entertainment that most people forgot about the next day?

I've already re-listened to this multiple times :-) But I get your point... this is probably more of a "show-off my talent" video than an actual melodic song that you add to a playlist. But as a guitarist myself, this is the kind of stuff I live for!

I love Marcin, but have often thought the same thing. Where do you go with this? Could he carry a whole concert? I doubt it. His playing is a remarkable talent, and he has great charisma, but it's mostly spectacle versus real use music. Who knows, when it comes to art...as times change, innovation and new uses could develop. Like, who buys a whole album of any one artist anymore? I would put some of Marcin's pieces on my Playlist. Sweet Dreams, Kashmir, a few classical ones. His style as a solo artist does limit him. He's a master at what he does a d I will always prefer the rare genius over the dime bag of the typical. There is a time and place for it all.

@@skirk9184 his talent is amazing, yes. I think a live session could work better than an album. If he can put a 60 to 90 minutes set together and he is playing a venue where you can see what he is doing, it could be really cool. Watching kids like him play is 50% of the fun. I would much rather pay for a that than for a CD.
