Hi, I have a question. I’m wondering if airlines care which school the applicant(pilot) graduated. I go to school that is under part 141 but I am not sure if I have to transfer ERAU if airlines cares about it.

Flight time and ratings are most important. A larger school offers the opportunity for networking and the type of degree and institution becomes more important when looking towards a management role. Hope this helps. If you want to talk one on one to discuss your decision visit: www.aviationcareerspodcast.com/coaching/

I wonder how to be able to get in the industry when you don’t know anyone who could mentor you through the industry

Don't worry one bit about that. Just start. You'll be spending a lot of time in an aircraft with a flight instructor who has insight. After each lesson, you'll run into other pilots at the airport. You'll run into other pilots all of the time! Keep asking questions. But start first.
