Great job Hamza. Love to see these battles. I new Profondo was going to win even before i started watching. Fresh, clean and a bit fruity is a winning concept just like YSL-Y. No matter what the frag snobs tell you on Fragrantica. Dylan blue, Lacoste-Blanc edt Versace-Man eau fraiche. Hugo Boss-Reversed. Armani Code . Ysl-Y....It just works

Well, after seeing the amazing reactions Parfum got...it was unexpected. I have the old Profondo, it is perhaps my most liked fragrance although I think it doesn't last as much as it did. Perhaps it perfoms better at winter, lol.

I definitely go nose blind! I used 2 sprays at 430 am and a coworker thought it was too strong around 1pm, but it was hot and we were sweating a lil! 🤙🏻

@@joeydirty6112 I think my first use when it smelt like a beast was a late November day that I dressed with heavy clothes but it ended up being warm and sunny and had me sweating, sitting near the heating. Perhaps this helped its performance as opposed to me sitting under the AC these days. But also I think the first couple of sprays tend to be the strongest in any bottle for some reason.

I am not surprised. I have both of them. On very hot days i always wear profondo edp. Adg parfum is a bit stronger. But in the drydown, i really dont like profondo edp. Well done and thank you Hamza

So this everyone, is an example of small sample size! You must take all of these with a grain of salt. Flip a coin 3 times and you might think the coin is 30 - 60, flip it 100 times and you might think its something like 57 - 43, flip it q million times and it might be closer to the actual 50 - 50 we know it should be.

Honestly I like the Parfum way better than the run of the mill out of the shower fresh fragrance Profondo. Parfum 2024 has way more going on and has more depth to it with the slight incense it has. Very similar to Profumo

The biggest thing in my opinion is while the profondo esp smells good… it doesn’t last long at all… in my experience. I have the 2023 parfum and it is great. My favorite ADG fragrance that I’ve owned so far is absolu edp but the parfum is growing on me…

When each fragrance stands alone - adg parfum gets better score , comparing fragrances is like compare a striker to defender in soccer … each one has its unique qualities… blue fragrances has something that will always will delete colognes like aventus , aqua di gio parfum, polo club , Dior homme original or Prada lhomme

I don't understand why people have perfume tested in public on a piece of paper. It is totally different than on the skin, and perfumes are all about the drydown and on paper the drydown never comes into its own. You should spray both perfumes on an arm, wait 10-15min and then let people on the street smell that. 100% that the Parfum wins, that drydown is wayyyyy better than Profumo's and therefore the Parfum smells much better in the air and around you.
