I HAVE Stayed there… 3 times actually! It’s just an AMAZING Resort… the food is incredible, oh and a little story… my dad once was reading the wine menu, and he asked for a wine that was about 180-200 usd, but the waitress brought us an Opus One Wine (600+ USD), my dad did not know that they brought us the wrong one, so he just drank it with his friends… and when he wanted another wine of the same, because he found it so good, he asked the waitress, “Could I get another one please?” The waitress said, “are you sure?” My dad said, “yeah why?” And then he asked for the menu and then he realized that the waitress brought him the WRONG and more expensive wine… it was funny because then the manager came and said that he will offer us another 1 for free for the mistake and my dad said, nope I’ll pay for it! It was a night to remember haha! Thank you for reminding me of this amazing resort

My parents don't understand me staying in 5 star city marriott's and mean I'm better off saving for the 3-times as much heating costs due to russia. They don't understand that 3/4 of the price for this comes out of savings from like 2019 up to this day... They probably don't understand I do holiday activities quite differently. Even though I can understand them. I don't need fitness, because of a nationwide chain, and having a pool is just nice. The only thing I'd like to have is bathtubs in room. And that's something only rarely seen on sub-5-star... Me: Short, luxurious stays, them: long, cheap stays while still going to supermarkets and cooking and basically doing the same things as at home, just at a different place - that's not my perception of travelling anymore - thanks to youtube...

I really enjoyed your video of the Acqualina Resort in Hawaii.🌴🌴🌴 Even though, I realize you have no control of the landscape, I did miss some of those color elements that are first present, upon arrival at a hotel. The hotel itself was nice, but it is my opinion that a pop of color on the outside, would have done wonders for the "curb appeal." Especially, being in Hawaii. I'll pick Hawaii over Florida any time (easy to get to from California and my parents lived there for years). I've only been to the airport in Pensacola on my way to Gulf Shores Alabama (I have a friend who lives in Alabama and we rented a house on the beach for a week--very nice.) I must say your suite was very nice--it was more like an apartment than a hotel suite and with a killer view.) Can't remember seeing a full kitchen like that in any resort hotel room. I hope there is a grocery store nearby--lol.

When was your stay??? We stayed there in May of 2021, and the seaweed was really thick on the beach and about 10 yards into the ocean. Othe than that, the hotel, grounds, food and suite were great!
