thatryanguy have you ever done a live event? With camera, lights, audio, props, video, set? No? There's a thousand things to focus on and when you are trying to catch something people are reacting to live you're typically on a 30 second delay from reaction to getting a camera to focus on that and by then it can be over.

I think it's great that Mike role models all these different ways to DM that may prove attractive for novice players to become the person behind the screen. All of his previous DM outings were different and each very enjoyable. role playing games definitely struggle with getting new players to adjudicate their own groups
