You might be seeing the deadzone setup he is using, it can be a bit tricky to get used to. Deadzone is a setting in the config.

TrackIR is a piece of hardware that you fit onto you're monitor that follows your real head movements and displays them in-game. It's best for pilots. In-game it's different. I forgot what it's called.

Your weapon isn't centered to the middle of the screen like it is in CoD or most other FPSs. That's how the game handles.

Depends on what you judge it by. CoD is far superior in terms of smooth gameplay, but that's about it. That's just about the only redeeming feature of cod is mechanically, it's great.

@decko4unlImIteD i understand that, but what i meant in the way noting call of duty or battlefield 3 i meant like it isn't smooth running it isn't realistic head moving and shit i kinda meant that. i said it in my first comment, i mostly meant that most people look at games and go " this looks so epic" and then they look at arma and are like "this looks like shit ima play cod" but as u watch more and more arma vids u understand that it's not the game engine or the graphics that make the game ;]
