ACRM attendee experience "I am Jamilah Alqahtani. I'm an international student here in the US and a nurse practitioner doing my PhD in nursing. This is my first ACRM Conference. It's amazing. The organization, how diverse it is, having very different professionals and interdisciplinary work. I was looking for connections, mentors to help me out to execute my research.
I think I ended up finding much more.
I ended up finding great mentors, great opportunities.
I got to see that what I'm doing is important.
Trying to humanize rehabilitation size where it actually meets patients, families and caregivers, then translated into a real world impact is just for me, invaluable. That's just something that I'm very passionate about and it's amazing."
