This is absolutely for beginners. A beginner is someone with a year or less practice at a hobby. My ex and I use to do AcroYoga, self taught with poses from KZbin. At the beginning it took awhile. But after a month of hard work we started figuring flows out. At 6 months we had a steady, polished flow that was similar to this. This is definitely beginner friendly.

Beautiful. And for those who ask “is that yoga?” Yes, it is. But just one form of the thousands of forms of yoga that engage in the asanas aspect of yoga, which is just 1/8th of what yoga is.
