This athletic tap-dancing lady Jean O'Neil was absolutely amazing but why did she never become more famous. Eleanor Powell is usually touted as the greatest female tap-dancer who ever lived, but this routine is just fantastic & as Zirren Monoke says she was so light on her feet.
