This is just so beautiful it reminds me of when i was a teen (not too long ago lol) and would go outside the city limits with friends and sit on the bed of the truck with beers and look at the the mountains and city lights. This painting just makes you feel cozy on the inside.

I cant help but notice that in order to see the moon with that clarity, you'd need to see the sky which wouldn't be pitch black if the sun is still peaking over the horizon just below. It would be relatively dark but not pitch black. plus the moon cant glow like that without the sun being relatively behind earth which would mean you got two suns and a moon within the atmosphere of earth. with saying that your art skills are absolutely phenomenal and this painting is wonderful to watch.

Is there a rule about sunsets and sunrises? In just learning them. Are sunsets dark to light colors and sunrise light to dark colors? I really need to know this before I attempt to paint one. Thank you so much and your paintings are absolutely stunning. Pretty easy to follow videos.

Yes this is true that when we paint sunsets, we begin with dark to light and with sunrise is light to dark because in reality when there is sunset, sky started to become red and after when the sunsets done, there comes a nightfall. And when it's about sunrise, sky started to hit light colors, that's what artist described in their paintings too.
