very light pressure is fine( depends on how large the strokes you need. If you apply more pressure, the bristle will spread and the strokes will be large)

I bought that brush long back from an art store in Abudhabi. ( Winsor and Newton). I don't know whether the same series is available now in the market. I found one in Royal and Langnikel brand. You can try that too.
