I was worried it would be too hard for me(first timer) but after 3 hours of painting it turned out decent! Getting the colors right and painting clouds were a challenge but it was very fun. Thank you so much! It's so serene and stunning :)

Actually, he uses three primaries, and one secondary. Black is the ultimate shade, and white the ultimate tint. Yes, he is very talented.

I once had an art teacher who told me that my greens were weak... so I made them more green, and he said that they're still deficient. "I'll give you a hint," he said, "there's a lot of red in a good green, and you won't even know it's there when you're done." I like the way you mix greens, especially for distant trees, as you also add a lot of red to them.

Can we say 'masterpiece'? I've just found my next painting. I've had a wooden painting board prepared with gesso layers for two days, waiting for inspiration for just the right project to spur me to action. This is IT! It reminds me so much of the part of the world where I was born and lived for most of my life (the mountains of Southwest Virginia/Western North Carolina USA. I've lived in Ireland for the last 16 years and COVID-19 has prevented me from making my twice-yearly visits home to be with my two daughters, my grandchildren, sister, and brother. This painting speaks to my heart and soul. Thank you for this tutorial.

@@UsamashArt I looked at your page -- Notice the description on Correa Art -- first Acrylic Painting, then description, then Landscape. Also, look at their hash tags # compared to yours. ---- Same sort of labels -- it might be that the search engine is not picking up your page as quickly. Also Correa has been doing this for at least a year and they have 5K likes and yours only has 1500 likes. It takes time. Ask all your friends on Facebook to visit your site and like you. Ask every time you do a new painting. Channel ratings too -- and I'm not sure how to tell you on that.----------- and I could be wrong on everything! LOL
