Hi Rinske, One thing I have found when pouring a triptych is to firmly press the three pieces together after applying the white base coat; don’t have ANY gap between the panels. Then, apply the colored paint and blow it with the hair dryer...treating the three panels as one single panel. Then Immediately after the hair dryer blowing, separate the panels to allow the paint to flow over the edges... assist the edge flow-over with directed blowing.

I've only been doing the pours for about 3 weeks now and am hooked. I LOVE your Dutch pour technique and the way you match your colors. I'm learning a lot from you and almost every pour that I try out now is better than the last. I even have my 11 year old grandson into it now. He did his first pour last Saturday and it is beautiful! I actually really like the middle one, even before you took out that bit of it! It's kinda floral looking, but in parts of it, the ways the colors stream and blend with each other kind of reminds me of a cross section of geode that I had when I was younger. Either way, it's got a really earthy feel to it, in my opinion. :D
