My very thoughtful hubby of 32 years just bought me a full line of the Rustoleum metallics & 3 big jugs of Mix PM after he saw me drooling,lol. Sooooo excited! Stunning! While watching the first one I saw the black on just the champagne color and thought, oh, I like that. Then you did a lot of it on the second set. Gorgeous. THEN, when the black was super heavy on the champagne, I thought, that's really nice and then you added the black line. I must've been channeling my inner Cathleen. We were definitely on the same page. LOL Just beautiful!

(Mixing custom colors is so relaxing and makes my color-obsessed brain super happy.) These paintings will look wonderful in your Ashville condo! I'm so glad you had fun renovating this last week. I know how it feels to finally be able to start those types of projects and then see the wonderful changes made by your own hands! I love your 15-light French doors! And it sounds like Ashville is a marvelous artsy area for you and Rick! Wish I could have been there helping you renovate! And how wonderful that Ashville is only 4.5 hours drive from your home (hardly time for your butt to go ENTIRELY numb when you take the Harley...hee hee). Cathleen, I totally understand about the aging body. It always surprises me when my body starts complaining about stuff that I used to be able to do all day long and then go dancing all night long! Aging sucks and is not for sissies! (My grandmother told me I'm not allowed to say I'm old until I'm in my 90s...lol. Thank goodness I have a ways to go!) Much love, peace, and joy, my friend!

WOW! Did that multi-bath tone section cell up like crazy. That makes the entire first painting some Gilly Kube "wowzer trouser" great and it was all done with American Floetrol? I'm flabbergasted! All of the paintings were the usual beauties that you always produce. Well done dear, well done!

I'm jealous! Ashville! It truly is an amazing town. Good for you taking well deserved break! I'm in love with your colors as always. I just started using Golden's Iridescent Pearl, and I fully understand why it's your go to! Also got a few small fluid colors by them I'm smitten! Hello Sweet Lori. Just a second home. Travel is out for us due to COVID. So we will travel to the beautiful mountains. We love riding our Harley through them. We are so excited. Can’t wait till Spring. We head back after Christmas. Time to decorate. That’s my other favorite thing 😊
