I was just going to throw out a gallery wrapped canvas I painted over 3 times and the third had areas the paint lifted off of...and others where it stayed on. You gave me some ideas for texture and saving it!

I like that concept and techniques very much! I am doing the scene of a lighthouse on the rocks, with it surrounded by waves coming in. Texturing the painting will really add personality to the painting! Thanks for sharing!
