You can find Asbel's and all other characters' command lists on the ACS Wikia. The link to the ACS Wikia is in the description. I assume you mean the alternate quote for Lunar Requiem, right? Just hold up when you activate the Hi-Ougi. Now Asbel will use the alternate quote. In case you don't know if you hold up, down, or right during Hi-Ougis some will have alternate cut-ins or qoutes. Just try it out :]
