ACS New Evo Leva (Host Milan 2023)

This is the latest incarnation of the ACS Evo lever (twin boiler lever with cartridge heated group), and it will soon be ready for production. This one here has a rotary pump, very quiet. It also has the Vostok pressure and time automatic release system venting through the back of the group. I'm not sure when it's going to be available, but it will be very soon.
This machine has the lever safety system installed as well.

The touchscreen seems not responsive. Like you have to press harder and multiple times in the video. Is that true?

Well the bells and whistles make it much easier to use and you don't need scales, or to try and pull the cup away as the dregs continue to pour out of the group. The initial setup is perhaps not for everyone, but once it's done it saves a lot more time and difficulty.

Why does My pre infusion Display fluctuate Like the Temperature displays? It‘s Like Building up pressure. So i turn on the machine and pre infusion says 6 b after 30 minutes. Now it says 1 bar. My Setting is on 2,5 bar. You know a Solution by hazard?

This is because hydraulic pressure can build up when water is heated and expands. It happens on many (most) machines with a brew pressure gauge within the sealed brew circuit. The pressure sensor for preinfusion reacts no differently. Of course as soon as the valve in the group opens, the "apparent" hydraulic pressure instantly vanishes and whatever pressure you set and is shown during preinfusion is actually what the brew circuit is seeing. The reason it drops slowly from say 6b to 1b, is because all systems leak gradually and that hydraulic pressure is very gradually lost. All perfectly normal.

Does this version have the valve release/shot stopper like the vostok, so you don't have coffee continuing to come out after you pull cup away?
