Got an unrelated question. Installed a 2 zone cooper and hunter in stevensville MT. It's in a brand new house for a customer all lights flickering while it runs. No one knows why and cooper.and hunter sent me a control board that was supposed to fix the issue. It didn't help. Have you seen this? I did a Google search many people having similar issues no one has a solution. Your the man Craig if anyone can figure it out it's gonna be you. Customers not happy and is going to make my life miserable until I figure this out.

Cross breaks can be easily made without a special tool by scoring the metal with the edge of a flat screw driver or your scratch awl. Use a straight edge to score the line. Cardboard or carpet under the metal is necessary to make the cross break properly. The wide jaws of the folding tool is a game changer!
@carrieresammyАй бұрын
I use a screen tool and a couple kneeling pads under the metal. Works great

So is it only available in an 18” model? Are there plans to make a 24” or longer version of it? I have a 24” Hilmor bar food and it would be nice to have the same length advanced folding tool. Actually they should have it in 12”, 18” and 24” lengths. Be sure to get on that first thing Monday morning! 🤪🤣

This is a totally unrelated subject. My boss has bought Python brand refrigerant tubbing, and we have been installing it in Mini split systems for about six months. We have had poor success getting these systems in decay tests. we questioned the supplier and manufacturers tech support and were told that under deep vacuum the product out gasses. I don't trust this product! do you have any thoughts or experience? I have been following you and found you to be a great resource. Thanks Glen

IDK, why are the breaks your making the exact length of the tool? Show the same with a 12”x12” end cap or duct. Or a 24” x 24”. I’m getting pretty old and we made pretty much the same thing 49 years ago with a bar break and s lock. BTW, you’re great. No disrespect meant.

I dont see a p trap on that condensate drain line on the cased evap in the back tight! What gives? Lol

Because it's positive pressure. Now if it was negative pressure. Air being pulled through the coil, then it would need a trap. At least where I am located.
