sir i am a fresher and wish to be an acsm cpt but i have 0 knowledge of anatomy biomechanics physiology terminology etc so to pass this test how much hours should i study daily?? plz help

This depends on so many factors, I can not tell you how long it is going to take because I don't know how much time you are going to invest or how well you learn.

@@mj.fitness_simplified I would give it at least 3-4 hours a day for 3 months in this case. Follow the outline mentioned and it will save you a lot of time versus just jumping into the book.

hiiiii, i got a question for you. I only have about 27 days to study for the acsm cpt exam. I have already taken physiology (half fresh), anatomy (fully fresh), exercise testing and prescription (30% fresh), sports medicine (got the stuff down in my heart), physics 1 and 2 but havent taken biomechanics and other classes at school. I know this can be one of those annoying questions that other people also ask you but as i said early i dont have much time and i really want to know if you think i can pass the exam. I would really appreciate your reply :)

This is really impossible to give you info on. If you are not familiar with ACSM's guidelines that is where I would focus my time and energy. The same strategy still applies and will allow you to determine quickly if you are ready. Take some practice exams, identify your weaknesses and work on them. My course will fast track you with the biomechanics and ACSM expectations for initial consultation and risk assessment, the rest should just be a refresher.

@@MastertheACSMCPTExam hey, guess what? I came back with the certificate!!!!!!!! Thank you so much for making this course. The test was definitely not easy. I think I am a pretty slow reader since I spent the whole testing time to finish answering all the questions and reviewing a few questions. With my background, it took me about 30 hours to go through everything in ebook, workbook, and the online quizzes except the practice exams. When I was preparing for the exam I thought this exam must be easy just like the online quizzes. I was so confident before taking the exam but idk why I was so confused on many questions. I realized the risk factor and intensity determination were VERY heavy. I wish I had more time to study. I finished the marketing unit 15 min before the exam lol Anyways, I didn't get a high score but your course was REALLY helpful!

@@ikwonswt great job! Some of the questions on the exam are ungraded questions being tested for future versions of the exam. I have found that everyone runs into a few questions that were not covered in any material from ACSM or otherwise. Congrats on passing!
