Thank you so much for this video! I am currently studying to take the exam and I am happy that I’m on the right direction! I ordered the first two books but not the third because it’s the same information honestly. And I downloaded an app for $30 with unlimited practice questions. You’re right about those special populations! They keep coming up. Pray for me on my test!!! I’m believing that I will also pass the first time.

Cool video I will be taking the Personal Training exam soon and then the Exercise Physiologist exam later. I don’t think you need the Exercise Testing and Prescription book for the CPT exam but you do need it for the CEP exam

I'm glad I found this video, but all I was looking for was what the exam was made. 150 multiple choice questions is going be easier than what I was thinking in head. But I'm getting this cert on a random whim. No prep. Currently certified in strength and conditioning, and currently in college for athletic science and business, so it shouldn't be too hard and hopefully this cert counts towards course credits. 😁😁😁😉😉

Obviously it's been quite some time since you took the exam at this point, but...were there any questions like "how many calories does Johnny need to consume to GAIN weight if this is his lifestyle?" I had a question like that in Dr Chavez's practice exam but never came across it in the material...
