The game has been repeating itself between acts 1 and 3 without Monika getting her "closure". This has affected her. Now her actual and past actions have attracted some attention to that reality that will change it completely.

As someone who also has depression this does help! Though if you do this you should also be currently seeing a Theripst if not reach out to one they are professionals, they went to college to help people like you and me, some have been helping these people for longer than I have been alive.

But there's always one rule to always abide by, for yours and the people who love you's sake.
