Players have 20 health points for 10 hearts. 10 points is supposed to be 5 hearts. An offset-by-one bug usually happens when someone forgets to account for zero-based arrays, but I can't think of any reason an array would be present here.

I honestly think changing the eye of ender recipe to require the player to explore other parts of the game is a great idea. However, the eye shouldn't have a chance to break, and echo shards would have to be renewable somehow. For example, by having a duplicating recipe similar to smithing templates, probably using amethyst crystals. (Any other way of getting more echo shards that requires you to have already found at least one would work, the duplicating recipe is just the first thing that came to mind.)

2:47 Fun fact, before that huge texture update, the iron doors did NOT have the handle. Jasper, of course, seemed to have just reused the normal door texture and just made it white, and forgot to remove the handle. The lack of handle is originally why Steve couldn't open the door.
