The principle of the rules stated in article 10 status of the ball (OBRI) is the same principle of an "offensive foul" which is there is no penalty situation kahit pa nasa team fouls penalty na ang opponent.

Sir paano naman po kung nangyari ang foul ang status ng bola ay hindi pa pumapasok pero release na po ang bola then pumasok nga? May tendency po ba na tatawag ng jumble or APA?

Pwede po yan sa double foul at sa technical foul. Maliban jan hindi na po pwede gamitin ang APA.

You say it right! Sir! The rules doesn't state about offensive foul but it is stated that regardless of the numbers of team A fouls in the quarter, the game shall be resumed with a team b throw-in from the free throw line extended. The principles of an offensive fouls are the same.

Opo bibigyan pa po yan ng 2 free throws. Dahil naunam ang pito ng referee bago ang buzzer, magkakaroon pa po yan ng oras either 0.3 or 0.2 sec depende sa judgement ng referee. Ang tawag po jan ang time difference between whistle and a buzzer. Kaya dapat i-administer ang 2 free throws with line up with 0.2 or 0.3 sec on the game clock.

@@UncleBaldoOFFICIAL1973 diba sabi nyo A1 is in the act of shooting while B2 fouls A2,it happens the ball enters the basket where is team B is in penalty situation. What is your resumption? That is y I ask you before to check the Art 10-2 of OBRI cos u said the possession of the ball must be given now to team B bcoz u sait it was counted already. Eh taliwas yan sa Art 10-2 coz accdng to that Article A2 will attempt 2 free throws and the resumption is after the last free throw. Mali ba pagka intindi? Correct me if im wrong.ty
